Where do I need to be to take the tutorials?
Sessions are usually online via video, you will receive a link, it is easy to connect that way so you can be based anywhere worldwide

I am starting French, is that alright?
Yes!!!!!! Absolutely. We will encourage you and make it fun too. We welcome all levels, all ages, all genders, all souls!

Can children take lessons?
Of course! We just need to organise it based on their age group and interests, so it can be as interactive as possible!

When do I process the payment?
Tutorials to be processed at least a month ahead of the sessions or when scheduling your sessions if within a month

How can we plan for the tutorials?
A notification will be sent to you should any of the sessions need to be rescheduled by Marion when planning ahead

Is there a cancellation policy?
A cancellation policy of a minimum of a week/7 full days or the funds are non-refundable/non-changeable

Is there a policy for changes?
Once scheduled there is a no refund policy however sessions can be changed if prior the minimum of a week/7days cancellation policy
